Has anyone had trouble starting or paying for an add in the classifieds ?

said my credit card didn't go through but my bank says it took payment but the refunded it .

Haven't decided yet . I was trying to list my Cobra Cat but I have found a 32 Skater I can't stop thinking about and if I move forward on it the Superboat will have to go !
