2 cans of Flex Seal should do the trick..... https://www.tryflexseal.com/

Obviously I would never be a good theif. I could never bring myself to cutting the back end of a boat off, with a saws-all, to steal the motors and drives...

36Tango 09-19-2013 04:20 PM

I bet that the thief sawed it because the lacked the ability or the "chop shop" did not have the ceiling height to pull the motors how one would traditionally do it.. Allot easier to roll the motors out with the hull on the ground and cut just in front of them.

Focking criminals! Unbelievable........

Naaaaa. The Seam Seal would never hold up. How about a few rolls of "Fix It Tape". http://www.asseenontv.com/detail.php?p=296726&pa=sli

articfriends 09-19-2013 06:11 PM

I thought maybe it was from a bad divorce-judge ordered owner to split boat with his wife!!!!!!!!

hogie roll 09-19-2013 06:12 PM

He was going to add a step.

cigrocket 09-19-2013 06:51 PM

its missing the engines the addy reads but if you follow his other items http://www.ebay.com/itm/572-Mercruis...s_Gear&vxp=mtr

OCCJoe 09-19-2013 11:40 PM

Loose the part that was cut , Add a new transom and throw a couple of outboards on it . Problem solved ! You'll have a 30' outboard Hustler

Sydwayz 09-19-2013 11:45 PM

Looking at the pics again, you could jack up the back end a couple inches; fill in the bottom with some JB Waterweld, and you'd have a one of a kind 40 Hustler step-bottom. :drink:

correct, that boat was recovered with engines still mounted and were all 3 started and videoed before the 1st auction.

Our old "top Cat" Spectre was stolen and cut the same way

rchevelle71 09-20-2013 11:25 AM

All that and all they took was the motors and drives? I see a lot of decent rigging items there

Do we know why ? Is it for motor height lifting incompetence ?

Roger 1 09-21-2013 09:46 AM

Is this one that didn't make it to the chipper?
