Default What decent 38's or so for sale with no power?? Something in the 90's

Debating about buying something without engines. Seeing what's decent out there in the 90's around 38 feet with no power. Don't want a huge project, would like to be close to complete except no power, with cabin, bathroom and ac would be nice.
Thanks in advance for any leads.

you wanna build power? or do you have leads? that can add up real fast Joe, buy as complete as you can, what you looking to pay? text me if you wanna keep it private, 440-476-4114 as you know I am deal freak and come across things all the time, I will also tell you what is realistic and MOST guys buy with no power then easily have way more in it to get it going then they could have bought a running boat for, or they give up and sell cheaper and lose more m oney, happens ALL THE TIME, text me....

Thats why im torn what to do. I was thinking of pulling my 548 rebuild it and build a identical one. This way I know the true hours on motors and there fresh. Like you said I really would like something just missing engines. I don't want to get killed buying a ton of parts for one. Text sent.

I saw that one. Not a fan of teak and don't really like the colors.
