Even though Mercury is expensive, the prop comes back with more cup, thinned, not polished, but they sure work a hell of a lot better. (picked up 5mph).

Be careful who you use. I lost 5 mph at WOT. I'm suffering with this junker for the summer because I can't afford the loss in boating time because of the shipping time back and forth, it's a short season here. I'll look for somebody else to re-work this in the fall. Until then, I'll be keeping up with the sail boats

Bronson Hill did mine. I picked up abot 8 mph in cruse, gained nothing on top end. Since I do a lot more crusing than running at WOT I guess I'm happy with the work. Cost $250 each. About a week turn around time, at which time I used my spares. Indy, don't you know anybody with some extras you can use for a while?
