Turnkey; all you do is stroke checks: probably $100K rough estimate given what you describe.
There are several threads here on OSO with barn and pole frame construction companies to look into.

I'd say closer to 125K-150K depends on concrete and apron. I built a 60x60 x16 a few years ago and did a lot of the finish work myself, including all wiring, lighting, underground conduit and rough in plumbing. I also cleared the site, excavated and hauled the material for the pad.

I know prices have risen since then.

Broke ground yesterday on a 34' x 80' polebarn with 8' x 16' porch and 1- 12' x 14' door on one end and 2- 12 x 14' doors on the other end. 5/12 pitch with scissor trusses and 12" overhang. Drive through lengthwise. 3-personel doors. 6" slab rebar reinforced.
Fully insulated, finished (white metal ceiling) and unfinnished walls. Wiring not included....Otherwise turn-key.
Wanted to go 40' wide but setbacks would not allow.

Cost....let you know when it's done:)
