On Oct 3, 2013 he was arraigned on 7 counts of fraud. Wow, maybe this time they'll throw away the key.

Anyone know what happen to the Mirage 30 footer mold they had. I I remember correctly1998 was the only year they made 30 model boat with twins. Mirage boats out of the state of Washington to make it clear. I really do not know if Phil owned the 30 mold or not so I'm asking.
