A few points on why they are having a great year:
1. They are the last man standing as far as large performance boat dealership
2. They post realistic prices, so the inventory moves
3. Huge location, centrally located in the USA
4. Guy advertises he will take anything on trade which takes a huge barrier away from making deals happen
Also note that there is less and less clean inventory out there, creating some demand......I can't take credit for this thought, Tommy Gun said it about 3 years back and he was right.

Why is it that David Woods and the original Pier 57 in Tennessee don't get more publicity? That is where I bought my Donzi new in '05 and my experience with them was excellent. Just wondering.

OK, good! Shogren always had a good reputation but I had never had any personal dealings with them. The original Pier 57 was a pleasure to do business with and I'd always admired David Woods. I'm sure that the two companies merged are twice the pleasure to work with!

We have dealt with Pier 57 (Shogren years ago) for several customers over the years and they are always a pleasure to do business with. Scott goes out of his way to make sure the entire trade/purchase goes as smooth as possible. No wonder they have so many used boats. We will only send our customers to them when they are in the market for a new or used boat.
