75mph MEGA YACHT
|
70.1975463 mph
|
I'll take two please.
Best line in vid. "Fuel bill melts your credit card." Could use that for the stupid questions at the dock or the gas station. "I'm on my third credit card this week... melted the last two filling her up" |
The idea is great, but the boat never worked out well. I would not have wanted to be a passenger when it spun out on its sea trial.

This is his car collection:

It was crappy for a yacht. Not what a yacht is supposed to be like at all IMO.

My friend Liz used to work for him on Remember When. That boat is beautiful.

Diamonds are forever pulled one night when we were Atlantis one night. That boat is nothing short of jaw dropping even over the other mega yachts put back there.

I'll be sure to let him know your disapproval. Since John Staluppi and John Rosati have built more well known Mega yachts then about anyone, I would say it's their opinions that matters.
The finish of every inch of their yachts are perfect. This is the engine room of "Remember when". It's nicer and cleaner then most houses I've been in! |

There are lots of interesting articles. I will tell you they are 2 of the hardest working, smartest, people you will ever meet without high school diplomas! Both great guys! I just wouldn't talk bad about their boats!!!! One of my favorite photos |
Yeah geez what a crappy boat, what was he thinking?:rolleyes:
He should have bought an old Sunseeker he would have been stylin then for sure! LOL Seriously though, that is a gorgeous boat! Purpose built and bad as hell! Some wont understand, most will let jealousy dictate their reactions, and a few will appreciate such an undertaking. This boat is for the few. :drink: It's unfortunate that in this socialist society hard work and dedication is treated with hatred and suspicion. |
The rigging and detail in the engine room is phenomenal! Thanks for sharing these Gino.

That hinge is a work of art! I like to study pieces like that out of appreciation and respect to the designer and fabricator. I know that they intended it to be more than just a piece of hardware.

isn't that the guy that gave snooki speech lessons?

Gino is showing pics of some other yacht for some reason.....the the boat in the video. Maybe because he hasn't seen the "World is not Enough" yacht? Who knows. |
Well said Gino.
|
Don't let them get to you Gino. For every detractor I'm sure that there are far more that appreciate the quality of enginereing and craftsmanship that went into these and that you took the time to share the pictures and experiences. Thanks for sharing.
