I went from a 14' Lund to a 25' Baja. So yes an 11' jump. A big difference in speed and comfort.

my friend jeff (jburg) just went from a 24 baja to a 38 top gun last week

My biggest jump was from a 28 Powerquest to my current 38 Powerquest.
I'll never forget the first time I fired up the 38 to move it off the dock, I nearly **** my pants. Funny thing is now I wouldn't want to go back to a 28.

Went from a 24' baja to a 40' fountain.

Wow 14' that's a huge jump. Just think your friend will save money this way. As what they say bigger is better.

Currently going from a 23 Wellcraft Nova Spyder to a Nordic 42 Inferno. I am sure it will take a little getting used to, but that is a good problem to have! Just goota take it slow until you get used to a new boat.

Prior to owning my Wellcraft, I had only owned bass boats. Getting used to the v-hull was more of a challenge than the overall size of the boat.

28 tera to a 38 sonic

Hustler trouble 10-30-2013 07:07 PM

Went from a 23 outlaw to a 38 hustler love the new boat but miss the ease of the baja spent a lot of money and time with the bigger motors but have to say screaming at 90 in a boat that eats the big waves with out a hitch is nice also the two trophies on the wall from Texas outlaw challenge is pretty sweet to boot

its easier to manage the bigger boat since they are slower more controlled movements around the docks. the only thing i miss about the 28 is ALOT less time cleaning and easier for those quick after work trips to the river. other than that wouldnt go back. maybe just pick up a tender for the cig lol
