About the Fountain beak
I was just wondering with the beak does it function or is it for style? Either or it gives the Fountain a distinctive look. I don't own a Fountain. Overall I think Fountain makes a pretty sweet looking boat.

Beaks are much like dicks, we have them and they don't, simple as that!!!

To look different than a Excalibur :party-smiley-004:

I always thought it was just a cute styling cue derived from the "Carolina Flare" bow design made famous in that region (NC/SC coast)..

That is true to have it look different than an Excalibur.

Reggie was out with a bimbo skank one night. got her home into the bedroom and convinced her that he was the fastest thing on the planet and the 3 inches he was packin was actually 10 inches. He figured hey if it worked with the skanks why not incorporate the same theory into building boats and the rest is history..:lolhit:

Reggie explains in a video that it gives the boat bow lift with the beak being coupled with the con-caved side walls of the boat. True or not they are bada$$ looking.Oh and they add about 8 feet LOA. JK, I almost bought one.
