Da Feck?

Looks like you can spend a ton of money for a boat that will do a ton of things poorly.

Base suggested retail price for the Baja 26 Outlaw Outboard with the 300-hp Verado outboards is $147,995. As equipped with the X2 package and other options, the boat has a total suggested retail price of $166,001.

Maybe I am missing something, but how would twin Verado 300s save any money over the same boat with a 496 or the new 8.2l motors? I would think a single 525 would be cheaper than a pair of verados.... Previously I believe the 26 Outlaw ran 69-71MPH with a 496 Mag HO

Maybe the target was providing a sportboat with twin engines—but I am literally guessing. I don't have an answer for you.

Yep, Walmart branded football bat pretty much sums it up for me too. I've recently thought about making the jump to OB power. But this......for $160k....WTF?
