What is the purpose? You slap on a pair of ugly outboards and still keep the engine compartment for storage without making the interior bigger? And then you put a freaking wakeboard tower on it. Whole thing seems half assed to me.

Interesting, I kind of like the look minus the ski rack but regardless not my style.

I agree with all the above. WTF? A wakeboard tower? Only 70 mph with 600 lightweight hp? A huge storage bin instead of a larger cockpit? WTF??

With no dog in the fight—and no direct confirmation from the people at Baja—I believe the purpose is to lower the price point and make the model for attractive to entry level buyers. Interested in learning the price.

that is not "storage" that is a SUNDECK where the dental floss wearing wooo girls and the tribal armband banana hammock "males" get their bronze on

and instead of the tower it needs a "tall pole" that also doubles as a stripper pole

"By converting the stern drive 26 Outlaw to an outboard setup, Baja transformed the boat's engine compartment to a high-volume storage space with a wakeboard rack and a box for Coast Guard-required equipment. " (Matt T)

I thought wake boarders liked "wake". I did not see any mention to ballast tanks, to go along with wakeboard rack. ??
