Hollywood Florida Info

We have a couple of extra days to stay in Florida before we check in to our rental in Islamorada. I would like to stay in Hollywood. Any ideas where to stay for a couple of nights? We want to be on the boardwalk or real close. I found a couple of places,Riptide and Bougainvillea on the beach. Is anyone familiar with either place or some other place to stay? Looking to spend around $150 per night. Thanks for any help...

I'd go with the Riptide , I've stayed there and never had any issues.

That's a great place, Hollywood. Family has a place there, never stayed in a motel because they always had a house / condo. You can also stay in Hallendale beach and be close to Hollywood, or Dania. Have fun, go to Nicks!

If you don't want a old hotel on the beach (most are) we stay here every year. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Rev...h_Florida.html

The hotel is only like 4 years old. Plus there nightly rates are usally good. It is a nice beach/boardwalk there in Hollywood.
