Not true, I pay an additional premium for uninsured boaters.

Maybe it's "once a TOOL, always a TOOL"? Is that the phrase that applies here? LOL

On vehicles I have owned which included 3 supercharged mustangs and an E55-AMG Mercedes I have always opted for Liability at the least and I have been lucky enough once to have full coverage. It sucks paying Insurance until you need it. If the boat is payed off and your not an idiot then you dont really need full coverage as long as you can hack watching grandma say her neck hurts in a 5 mph crash and your boat being towed away with no money headed to you!

So haters produce a focking liability policy so You can feel safe when I drive on your lake. If I fock up my own sh!t .. It is poetic justice for me to have to bust out a grinder and fix it myself. Kinda a self punishment.

Another note. I test on Lake elsinore on like Monday or tuesday.. Not another fockin boat on the lake. I know I need insurance for this because I dont feel comfortable leaving the dock without coverage. But it's like another grand to insure my boat in january.
.
Sooo, what you are saying is by you not paying for Ins, you have more gas money for your boat, so you went boating Mon or Tue. And those of us that do have Ins, now have less money for gas for our boats cause we gotta pay more to cover ourselves in case we are hit by an uninsured boater (such as yourself), couldn't go boating Mon or Tue. Wouldn't that in a sense say we are actually putting gas in your boat? I think you are onto something there! :D

Not a hater, just don't agree with those who make us pay more so some can pay none.

He has all my info . I had full coverage with him last year... I guess he must not do liability only or he woulda called me back.

Maybe one year with you was enough? Or maybe he has been reading this all along and refuses to be associated with you and your outstanding repayment plans.

I had boat insurance for a few years, never had a claim, but the premium were going out of sight, so I just didn't renew. That was probably 20 years ago. I am 54 years old and really need to investigate some liability coverage. I would hate to put my retirement at risk. I have insurance on my house and cars/trucks my whole life and have never had an accident or claim. I hate to add it all up.

Dumb idea if you ask me. But if your ok with losing the boat, I would ensure home owners or a personal liability policy covers in the event you do something.

This is absurd. You and Chaos are not helping anything. Devin Wozencraft is about the best shot anyone has at good affordable insurance. Someone being honest getting attacked here is pathetic. You are talking Sh!t about someone that is trying to get Liability at this point . However. Lowering the coverages may put insurance in my reach. Still beaing able to have the liabilty.. Just if I break it, I may not have enough coverage to fix it.. Thats is OK with me. If I fock something up I will have to fix it.
