What size is the nut

What size is the cap nut on a Marine Machine sea strainer ?? A 1-5/16 is too small and a 1-3/8 is too big. Thanks

the only one between the two would me a metric 9mm ..your going to hve to figure out the itch..BTW 9mm is a wierd side..
