The current set up yields about .81 mpg @ 100 mph

That is very impressive!! I was figuring .5 mpg + safety

520 gallons minimum is still a big load though

I just saw the boat sitting in the water ready to go.. If tomorrow morning is like tonight, clear, flat and cold he'd have a perfect day tomorrow.

i didn't know chuck holds that record... it would be foolish to try to break it, i see them both dying of round house kick to the head itis in their sleep

Nice boat, Q, where are the exhaust tips, are they below the waterline on the transom, and I didn't see any "tractor" pipes.....
