The boat is in a heated warehouse now so he isn't going to go fire it up. It was never winterized but it sounds like he could be looking at a heat exchanger and/or manifolds. I guess we will find out in the spring.....Fingers are crossed that he is ok.

i would at a minimum have him tell his mechanic to pull the exhaust manifolds,this way if they are cracked and when they thaw out no water goes into the cylinder if a exhaust valve is open.
