Carb was stolen while in storage. Carb no longer made... What replacement???
I just found out that the storage warehouse where I keep my boat at was broken into, and the carb was stolen off my engine. The carb was a 850 Mighty Demon Marine (5563010GM) which is no longer made.
At the end of this summer I finally figured how to tune the carb perfect, and had the engine running awesome! Can anybody recommend me a good replacemnet carb? Engine is a 502 built by Tyler Crockett. Ported Dart Pro 1 heads, Merlin Intake, Lightning headers, Water pump cross over, Full MSD ignition. Dyno at 610 HP Thanks!! |

Well insurance is paying and I am liking what I read about the Quick fuel and AED.
They also took the distributor (MSD marine) and Fuel Pressure regulator (Aeromotive). Any upgrades for these? lol Thanks again |
One thing you need to check is what happened to all of the nuts, washers and all holding these parts on. They do not do very well when they fall down the intake and distributor hole and can really cause problems. I am sure they did not watch what they were doing and remove it carefully.
