I lived in SD for some 20+ years, nothing like a 3 am carne asada burrito!! but the sun tax.... I was working 12 hour shifts 6~7 days a week to be broke... A friend of mine sold a manufactured home, basically a glorified doublewide in RB with a Nazi HOA for 389/k in less than a week and that was in 2003

Yes we do/ but not 5.6 inches in a day with 60 mph wind gusts. lol The main part of the storm still hasn't made it on shore yet either . lol

I know the average san diego house is 450 grand/ and it is a lot higher in san fransisco
