Why the pick and choose? Not saying id want to run hot and heavy in rough but curious as to the throttle control.

You are gonna have to pick and choose where you run almost any boat hard on a busy weekend at LOTO. That is if you care about the safety of yourself, your passengers and your fellow boaters. The main channel gets rough!!!!!

I don't know if you're in a hurry to do anything soon but I keep my 37 A.T. down there and stay at State Dock. I would be glad to take you out for a spin this spring if you would be interested.

Plan on vetting out the decision at the end of the summer. It's a big investment which is why I have been in front of the options for a while now.

I launch out of alligator 1! I would love to take you up on the offer and really appreciate it

Makes sense now. I've never been there but have seen some wild videos

The year they had Sea Ray's Aquapalooza at Coconut's on LOTO the water was big enough in the Gravois Arm to launch an F-4 into a low altitude orbit. Just ask Mentalpause on here!

Or you could just come and buy my 35 Cigarette and only have to drive a couple miles to pick it up. :)

I'm curious, there are a number of nice top guns on the market at very reasonable prices. If I were to switch to a closed bow I think I'd want a comfortable cabin to crash out in. It seems like everyone, even Cig owners knock the cabin. What don't people like?

Just tight getting into. Not really that bad once in. I have crashed in there several times.
Moved up from a Baja it had a lot easier entry, BUT its not a CIG!!!

Agreed, the cabin entry is the problem. The cabin is not that bad itself, just not much head room. They are also very basis cabins, in my opinion that leaves less stuff to break.
