This makes a lot of sense. If I change the cams I will need Valve springs and it's a blower motor so head gaskets would be smart too. Thanks for your help. Anyone know the sweet cam for this application ( 575 csi).I know it has been spoken about before..I run 5600 rpms at 1285 feet of elevation so It will probably spin More at sea level. I just don't want to by props and stuff. I could spin it to 6 grand and feel comfortable w the bottom end. Thanks again !!
Maybe Precision Marine??? and they would probably have an ECM tune already on file. I would think something along the lines of the 525EFI cam would be very close. |
