Mine was a 1970something 15' Mitchell bowrider w/ a 115 Merc outboard. Split it from the bow to the stern from jumping wakes. :D :D :D

Late 70's or early 80's 19' Larson - it wasn't mine...it was my parents. I was too young to care about anything else (engine/year)...oh wait, I still basically dont' care. ;)

Re: OK members: What was your first boat?

at 17 my first boat was a hand me down from dad,
1969 Pirahna 24 straight six 292/200hp merc with an #2 drive ,
(looked identical to a Formula 233 of the day)
that was 23 years ago since then:
1984 Formula F1 / 140 EvinRude
http://www.hotrodlincoln.org/F1.jpg
1980 Formula ls20 /350/260 merc
http://www.hotrodlincoln.org/formula.jpg
1979 Nova Spyder 25 / twin 350/260 merc (project I never finished)
http://www.hotrodlincoln.org/nova.jpg
currently 1987 Chapparal 21 / 350/260 merc

not real fast but sporty enough and huge cabin for such a little boat.
