1963 Glasspar G3 (13.50 feet) with a 70 Mariner (came with a very tired 75 Evinrude). I was only 11! My late father started my training early who had a trawler at the time. I guess some kids play catch with their dad. We were a boating family all my life until he passed away suddenly three years ago. Man, the countless running hours (and props) jamming around the CA delta in that thing. Had it until I was 21 (I'm 40 now). Great memories.
Current boat is a Donzi Black Widow Product Manager for ALLDATA (automotive repair data publisher/software company) |

17 foot Lyman Fisherman. 4cyl. Grey marine inboard. Mom and Dad bought it to keep me busy. Lots of wood work. But sold it for twice what the parents bought it for.

Now have a Baja 280 Sport Fish, a Sunfish, and an old nameless deck boat we use to gunk around the mangroves.(keeps the kids happy fishin') |

This is my first boat. It was raced by Glastron and ran in several marathons: Salton Sea, others. It had been converted to pleasure use (for the President of Glastron) when I bought it.
The deck was "wooden-art": built by Hallet and the hull was custom built by Glastron. Due |

My first boat was in 1984 I purchased and rigged this STV with a EFI.
It weighed 425 lbs new. I pounded it and it hurt me. In the end I learned how to fly a boat. There is no boat that will chine walk on me. Jim |
