224 mph 36 Skater!!?
I was browsing the new skater powerboats website..
Under the "about us" page, number 2.. I thought that was a 50 mystic? :party-smiley-004: |
if so the driver of the boat must use a wheel barrel to carry around his nuts
|
I would have to wear a depends for a ride like that.

lol!

WTH? I cant believe it says that.
|
So is this true? I don't remember this run?
|
The old Bacadi Silver ran around 200 many years ago, so I have no doubt that with enough power a 36 race-prepped Skater could run at those speeds. It just takes some big azz power, money, and giant balls!

Specificly identifying 224mph only points to one boat. Any other boat running even close would have had a trickle effect that would have blown wide open in a short time for everyone to hear no matter how hard it attempted to be kept secret. Even pleasure boats hitting the 190-200mph mark make news here.
I would harbour a guess that their web designer has no idea of their mistake or of the performance boating world for that matter.... seen a pic of the pointy boat MY WAY/224mph and unfortunately identified it as a Skater ( 2+2=7) |
Its on the internet so it has to be true.....right?
|
Aren't all cat's Skaters?...lol
Seriously though, to the best of my knowledge 224 is undeniably My Way and the Skater in question ran 195 that weekend and 202 back in the day for the kilo record. |
