Agree, look for quick legislation after the first lawsuit...and it'll probably come this year.

Also look for quick shotgun issues too!

Not advocating any such action, fact is they or any consumer rc product can easily be upset by a spurious transmission intentional or otherwise. There is the potential for injury.

I think there's a bit of over reaction going on in this thread. There have been zero effort RC flyables for years and the sky isn't littered with them.
