Agree, look for quick legislation after the first lawsuit...and it'll probably come this year.

Also look for quick shotgun issues too!

Not advocating any such action, fact is they or any consumer rc product can easily be upset by a spurious transmission intentional or otherwise. There is the potential for injury.

I think two went down during the Miami Boat Show Poker Run 2014.
One off a dock on the first day & the second at the raft up party on Saturday.
