I know nothing of this situation, but I would find it hard to believe that Ilmore didn't do its homework and insure that all key employees aren't retained, they don't need more equipment. In addition, If Frank is fairly compensated, how could he not benefit from Ilmore's Tech, Resoruces, Benefits and Clientele?

Frank is in Livonia still building engines and providing onsite support.

Ilmor seems to have made a smart business decision, and the combined companies may very well make something greater than the sum of the parts.

We'll find out next weekend in Clearwater when Stihl takes on the Ilmor boys in Broadco & Cleveland Construction as well as Sterling in WHM! Looking forward to getting back down there this year, great venue.
