you have to be kidding me that that thing is the fastest boat in ny harbor...

Goo thing it doesn't have the Cigarette or Outerlimits designed bottom with that spin and flip stuff.

There are two of them ("Bad Dog" or something like that) in Baltimore. I've seen them in St. Pete and other cities as well.
