Default Crash boxes

Can someone tell me what they are? Is it the same thing as a transmission?

Sort of like a manual auto tranny with only forward, neutral, reverse and no clutch. You have to shut off the engine to shift. Great for high HP applications (over 1000HP). I've got a spare, need one?

Default No thanks

But thank you for the information.....A gentlemen contacted me about a boat that he had for sale. He stated that it had crash boxes but he would swap them out for transmissions.

EMail didn't go through:
It's been sitting around so long, I would let it go for $100. But I think shipping would cost almost that much.
If you're considering a trip to St Louis or Lake of the Ozarks, you could pick it up in person. You or any Cinci friends going to the shootout?
