Sort of like a manual auto tranny with only forward, neutral, reverse and no clutch. You have to shut off the engine to shift. Great for high HP applications (over 1000HP). I've got a spare, need one?

But thank you for the information.....A gentlemen contacted me about a boat that he had for sale. He stated that it had crash boxes but he would swap them out for transmissions.
