That's not bonded. My Classic was screwed only as well.

Every Progression Kevin sends out the door has been fully bonded. Mine's 22 years old and still solid as hell. The only fasteners you'll see on the inside at the hull / deck joint are the Nylock nuts from the bolts that hold the rub rail on.

Mine is. I had to repair the anchor locker floor because some JACKASS told me he knew how to remount it when he pulled the anchor up but he did not.

on Fountains the hull-to-deck joint is glued, thru bolted, and finally fiberglassed so it's strong, I know mine is..

I am surprised at how many boat builders (so called high end builders) just bond and screw the rub rail on and call it good..

Well that sucks. It has held up to running on the Great Lakes for about 7 years. I've never had to tighten a screw. Should I be concerned about this? This little boat goes offshore.

Yep. This is a 22' Classic with 525 that runs 80s. The hull is solid glass and is 1/2" thick on the upper sides. The deck is balsa cored chopper gunned on the bottom. It looks pretty thick at the seam where the screws are. Does this look like cheap construction?
