How Viable Will This Prop Be After Repair?

I picked up this 30p Bravo 1 for $40. I know it can be fixed but with the blade torn like that should I just get it repaired locally for a spare or will it be a viable 80+ mph prop if I pay Brett to work his magic on it? It's been repitched to 29 so I would need it put back to 30 also.

My first thought is I would ask Brett. With that said and please dont take my word on this but my guess is it will be fine for WOT.

it would be much easier to just cut a chunk out of the other three blades....
