My 38 top gun was 500s with 5s on boxes set even with the bottom. 70mph at 5500rpm 1.48 ratio 17x25 4 blades. Not going to work for me this year so if they'd work for you let me know, also trade up to a bigger pitch 4 or 5 blade if you have something laying around.

Pm me what you need to get for those 25's, I have 27 and 29 3 blades no 4's or 5's. These might work as a starting point for you?

It only turns about 4800 trimmed deep low 60s. Without alot of trim its nose heavy and unresponsive. I know the #s aren't ideal but that's where it really comes to life.

Finally got out for a ride, planing and cruise is perfect, 10% slip at 3200, didn't get to run it hard but I think I'm going to need 7-800 more rpm. I only opened up for a few seconds and didn't trim it up very far, so it may be less. Acceleration was great for a big mild powered tub!
