question on 280 kplanes.

I have a set of older 280 kplanes. I am refurbishing them and I have a question. I noticed on the new 280's the through hull fitting for the indicator cable is metal...In my old one it is made out of plastic. Can I purchase the newer fitting and bolts for the old ones? If so can anyone help me with a part number? Thanks!

Part number for the stainless steel cable grip is 846991A1
