Now what Purpose do they serve?? Other than making the Florida Bay bottom a barren desert devoid of Plant life, an Aquatic protected version of the Norway rat? I would assume.

I'm almost certain if the fatality graphs were calculated by:
year-number of fatalities-total population that year....It would show a dramatic drop in the overall percentage of fatalities versus population growth.
