Oh no. I puts the racingest oil I can into the boat before the Pokers running so I can be the first guy to the card stop. Then I change back to regular normal oils for regular days of going to the beach and stuff.

Mercruiser engine oils are all made by Citgo and so is the premium gear oil (medium brown color) , The high performance gear oil ( green color ) is made by Bel Ray.

Bup are you sure of this? Bel ray rep just told me the same thing. I never trust a salesman. have only used merc high perf oil.

The secret schit I use is so slippery, when i turn off my motor it takes 12 min 21 seconds (on average) for it to stop spinning.

Merc High Per gear oil. Yes I let the cat out of the bag - I am not a 100 % but a 110 % about it.. They have been making it for Merc since day one. As I have known that for years. This same gear oil was better years ago as it is based with antimony, moly and is just a mineral oil (NON SYN) still from day one. They had to reduce the levels of antimony because it is very toxic to the waterways / life so this gear oil was better years ago. .

can you tell me tell me how you can get it thru Merc for 120 and Bel ray for 80 bucks 5 gallon pale ? that is dealer cost thru the distributor. I guess you are in the business. Who did you talk to from Bel Ray - Jim S.
