My friend just gave hime a deposit, picking it up at the end of the week. Said its super clean. The owner says there is just the registration, is this correct? Thanks!

yes , in Ct. the registration is the title , just make sure the owner fills it out for the transfer of ownership.

flat is correct about the reg, however the trailer needs a title.
