another hit & run death
 

this one is on my lake Police were checking all boats on the lake
and marina's I actually saw the police chopper flying up and down the 40mile lake!
The two were sitting on their moored boat on Cayuga Lake NY about 2:25 a.m. Saturday when another vessel slammed into theirs and sped off.

Nasreen Raza, 18, of Ithaca suffered a large cut on her arm and Harry A. Uhl Jr., 27, of Groton lay dying from head trauma.

He was a stock car driver in the central NY area
I spent the better part of the day crusin the shores for a damaged
boat but didn't see anything . I cant believe it I was right
by Myers Point Park that day. seems like there has been a lot of
hit and runs this year.

I can't believe they haven't charged him with Vehicular manslaughter, reckless operation, or any number of other more serious things.

The guy hits another boat, kills a man, and runs... then hides for several days. And he's facing UP TO 4 years.

Nice.

I will be shocked if grand jury does not bring additional charges in this case. What a tragedy.Seems as though a number of these this year.
