Really infuriates me to read the rude and insensitive comments by people. Most of them are non-boaters and have NO CLUE what they are even talking about. My heart goes out to the families of these men. Very tragic and hard to read these stories every year.

Always saddening to read about the loss of a life in the sport we all enjoy and love.

No matter the reason, mechanical, conditions, driver error, all the above, people have died here and family/friends were lost. Why people on the news forum want to share their negative thoughts is beyond me.

Try to wear your life jacket as often as you can, it really could save your life someday.
