someone help me out. i want to run in the shoot out. do i need any special equipment/helmet/life vest? let me know the requirements please.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A KILL SWITCH / LANYARD...
I WOULD ALSO MAKE SURE YOU BRING A LIFE JACKET FOR SURE AND A HELMET WOULDN'T HURT EITHER IF YOU HAVE ONE... IF NOT I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE BORROW HELMETS FROM OTHER SHOOT-OUT PARTICIPANTS.... I AM SURE YOU COULD AS WELL IF NEED BE..:)

They will provide you with a helmet and 100mph life jacket.

Make sure you have a working kill switch!!
 

They WILL test it!
Other than that, a good ski vest is required. I would recomend one of those 100mph vest at the minimum. If you still need rquipment, I have a Lifeline racing offshore vest and a couple of helmets that I always bring with.

Dont have a 100mph vest let alone one big enough to fit my fat arse :(
