I find it easier to get parking for Sarasota than for Clearwater with the races. It's odd but true.

Try Hotel Indigio in Sarasota , its a cool boutique type hotel and you can walk to the pits at Cent. Park. Its across from the Hyatt

For me I try to be as close to Lido as possible. I have done the Hyatt before and it's beautiful but a bit too far for my taste from the fun

Now Herr is a question I might have for someone who has done it. Is there a place (not the Hyatt) to keep your boat? Be it on trailer or in water?

We are going down this year with the Sonic and would love to just stay Sat night night down there.

Ramada at sara bay. Not as nice as Hyatt. You can wet slip boat and stay. Nice ride to races and then to beer can after.
No other places I know of with dockage and rooms.
