I decided to give it a rest after doing that poker run 4 years straight. It is an all time favourite tho and I hope to be back next year. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to those that were hurt.

Pics posted on FB. Looks like everyone fared very lucky. Can't say the same for the Top Gun, but props to the fact it's still floating.

After seeing the pics, glad to hear no one was seriously injured or killed!
Boats can be fixed or replaced.

Thoughts to those that were hurt.

Looking at some of the other boats packed with people this could have been a really bad day.......

Hi guys, police and customs inspected the boats and they found the steering hose on the top gun popped a hole. That caused the steering malfunction.

I thought that catastrophic steering failure was not supposed to be possible with full hydraulic, dual rams. Now I need to worry about a hose failing and the drive veering to a full turn? Eeeek.

That boat now resides full time in Fajardo, at the east end of Puerto Rico. Less than 50 miles into BVI from there so an easy ride for them. Lots of great memories seeing that boat. It still looks great.
