Maybe we need to find out who the "superiors" were that demoted him and start making some phone calls!

There are several articles on www.lakeexpo.com with more specifics about the Randy Henry disciplinary appeals

Its sad really. When this whole story first came out, a lot of people jumped to the conclusion it was just some dumb kid that was drunk, and jumped off the boat to be a dick.

The more info that comes out, the more it looks like this is 100% the fault of the WP. At some point you would think its easier to just to admit fault. Sounds like Piercy wouldn't have been able to save his own fat azz, let alone another that fell over board. Hardly seems like the type of guy you want transporting anyone on any body of water, let alone LOTO.

Mean while the WP continues to hide, lie, and cover up the truth.

I really do feel bad for the Family. How the WP hasn't been hung by their nut sack is beyond me.

I have tremendous respect for Military, and law enforcement. I have absolutely none for this cover up, and hope we don't get caught BS. Its sick, and needs to be stopped.

A lot of events led up to this, very sad and pathetic this fat ass officer couldn't put a life jacket on him correctly. Lack of training? I would say lack of common sense.

if that was one of us it would have been years in jail. I like the police but not when they are wrong and cover for each other. he should have been held to the same standard as a normal every day person. that would have been a lot tuffer sentence.
