Tubing bender, 1/8" drill bit, tape mesure, sharpie and a cold beer
Once bent into the shape i drilled a dozen or so 1/8" holes on the side of the tubing.

Probable acts more like a pressure washer then a cooler, LOL.

they say it only drops the oil about 4 to 5 degrees not worth the hassle you should use a power steering cooler run your raw water through it and a pump for the oil to do the job right

Simrek has testing showing 50+ degree temp drop. Certainly worthy of considering the hassle. In high performance anything, I'm a big fan of all the cooling you can stand.
