Steve1 how do you know I am not sandbagging Oh the horror. I wish I was
As far as the sanding goes. I 320'd it and then went to 600 on the DA and I am buffind. It looks acceptable for now. Over the winter I will resand with 1000 then 1500. For not I need it back on the trailer and engines in so that I have room in the shop. I am on barrowed time at the shop so I will cut that corner as there is no loss by doing so.

SLEEP IS FOR THE WEEK!!!!!!!! I just came home for a crap and a dinner and I am on my way back to the shop. The bottom is sanding slower then it should be. I ran out of the good paper and had to shift gears. I have most of it down just about a 1 foot by 20 foot patch then I can start to buff. It does not sound like much but it will take me about 2 hours or so to do that bit of sanding and it is on the back with the sander in the air!!!! OUCH. I have a few sand throughs so before I go home I will touch them up. Labor day is a go as long as the engines run. I just emailed Biggus my trailer and boat info so he is going to register if for me tomarrow and mail me the plats Got lots of help today from my father so I am looking good.
TooOld how is go down your way. Hopefully the heat let up some for you. I know what that is like I was sanding for 7 days in that heat with the damn sun beating down on me!!!!

Jon-sounds to me like you are cheating. The boat is either 100% or it's not. If you cut that final buff out, does that mean I can leave the exhaust off? And we all know that if it wasn't for the exhaust that I'd be on the water! Anybody have some zoomies I can borrow?
