Gaffrig...Great Customer Service
 

With all the bad service horror stories around, I figured I'd post a good one. I've had several dealings with Gaffrig (Livorsi) over the past year, one about gauges, and the latest about a throttle issue. Each time I called them and left a message, they got back to me within the hour, sometimes less. They had good solutions each time, were a pleasure to talk to, and shipped any parts I needed quickly. They turned my throttle work around in one day and got it back to me the same week so I would not lose any boating time. The season is getting short up here (CT) and I want to get every last day I can. Thanks to quick work and quality parts, I can enjoy the balance of the season. Good job Gaffrig...:D I know what I'll be requesting on my next boat.
