Hull number indicates 1991, yes?

I'm at a loss for words, but I'd love to see how it runs with that thing...

Looks nice for a 2 year old redone 25 y/o Fountain. But what always baffles me is these guys who pour thousands of dollars into engines and drives and redoing the bilge and fancy lights and then they have several gauges that don't work or the solenoids don't work. Why not just fix them????? Obviously the guy is a dealer and doesn't have a competent mechanic that know how to do BASIC electrical work.
