Not sure what I like more about this boat the fact that it can sleep 10 "easy" or the 660HP x 2 running through Alpha's (with no hydro steering)

http://www.powerboatlistings.com/view/35400

phragle 04-10-2015 11:27 AM

two 330's=660 and the 330hp 454 apha combo was actually called a magnum

VoodooRob 04-10-2015 11:50 AM

At least it has 18 cup holders. Wouldn't want to get caught short in the cup holder department.

With 454's in front of Alpha drives, you want lots of cup holders - for when you're waiting to get towed in (again) after blowing up a drive (or two.

I'm ROOOOOOOOLLIN!!!

Before we lose this gem to those without a sense of humor on craigslist.

1984 Kawasaki X2 with a 18 horse outboard johnson. Sumbeech will fly. Nicknamed the honey hauler for a good reason. Float up to the beach on this bad boy and the hoes will flock. Happens to me every year. Every summer it's the same old thing, give me a ride they say.. "I'll take my bikini top off" they say, but it doesn't end there. Will this 1984 saki powered by a 18hp two stroke johnson you'll feel like breaking bad mixing the oil and gasoline. Plus that extra seat and power means you can load this baby up with all the biggest beach whales without lag... (Trust me, I know.)

This wave slammer hauls!! If the girl doesn't take her top off, that's okay 'cause the wind will blow it off for sure. 40 year old virgin? Girlfriend of wife cut you off at home? No problem. This is the ship for you, mate. Built in 1984 the engineers had poon magnet clearly spec'd on the buildsheet. This ain't no fishin' boat but it's been hauling pink-snapper for years. This is a bachelors dream right here and you wont find a better price for this mini-yacht - one easy (reduced) payment of $350. I hate to see her go but it's time to let some other guy take this gem down to tuna town.
This boat will make her wet guys... My loss is your gain.

2014 'drill-kota' included - hand crafted by yours truly. (Made in America)

Somewhere in this post there is a boat advertised and the lingo of the ad sounds a lot like this! Someone will know where it is...

SB 04-23-2015 11:34 AM

There are actully a bunch that have been posted in Craigslist with the same ad copy. Must be a 'generator' of sorts.

Here's 3 different boats with same lingo:

1980 Taylor: http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/boa/4935730710.html

06 Larson Senza: http://www.caboats.com/used-boats/9272.htm

96 Lund: http://www.barstoolsports.com/boston...uy-this-right/

jtbooten 04-23-2015 11:40 AM

I'm going to find that "generator" if I ever sell my boat haha.

thisistank 04-23-2015 01:40 PM

I've seen various variations of it but they're all a little different. Same gist though and they get me busting up every time.

TexasVines 04-26-2015 06:21 AM

http://lacrosse.craigslist.org/boa/4929169612.html

this is how the pics were angled in the ad......the boat is obviously complete crap even with a new engine (why), but why would you even bother to place an ad for such crap if you were not going to at least try and take decent photos (of total crap) and have them at the proper angle

I mean really it is not like anyone with $5,000 burning a hole in their pocket is going to miss that this boat completely and totally sucks, but if there is a fool that wants to buy it more than likely it will be because they were at least able to see decent pics of it so they know how bad it really is before they do their grand restoration

VELOCITY POWERBOAT 99 DRX 260 26
http://www.powerboatlistings.com/view/18481

This is not for the novice boater. This boat has been clocked at 107mph by police radar and has been called the fastest single engine cigarette style in the Jacksonville poker runs. Currently the fresh rebuilt has less than 40 hours and the same mechanic has done all work on it for over 5 years. New interior as pictured was just done in may of 2012. I have over 60k invested in this member of our family. There will not be any water testing until pre approved with bank cert funds or cash. I could write about the options and Mods for hours. People who know these style boats know what they are looking at , enough said. We will consider partial trades for a quality truck or full size SUV . but cash is always a motivator I am very busy with work so please no SHOP talk. YOU will get your belly full of it where ever you go , PROMISE.
107 with 513hp Damn.. Those Velocitys are efficient.
Engine looks to be in GREAT shape.. :D
