why do I get the feeling that white line on the transom is where they sawed it to replace the wood . . . . . from the outside :picard1:

I thought it was just to re enforce the transom. On my phone it looks like extra sections are thru bolted and 5200 to the transom.

Regardless, it looks beefy and I want it !

PARASAIL941 09-07-2014 07:00 AM

I think he nailed the RAT ROD look 100%. By looking at the bolts on those plates, it might have had twin Volvos at one time.

northernoffshore 09-07-2014 10:40 PM

had a diesel outboard on it... actually pretty cool set up.

TexasVines 09-08-2014 01:42 AM

that add is funny.....it says 16 speakers, but with all that awesomeness I think they did not count right it is 18.......4 up front, the two to blast out the "operator" and then twin 6 speakers setups for the "fam"........and that boat is a great boat for the family......that wants to all be deaf in a few years!

and I like the sunbathing platform up front between the sponsons for the fat chick to ride on when you are blasting across the water at 65mph and jumping the cruiser wakes at the Canadian poker runs!.......hopefully she does not fall off and slip into the "copelands killer" intake

Someone contact them and inquire about the flower pot and see where the conversation goes from there.... Bonus points for posting the response.

The next step with that boat involves finishing what the reciprocating saw started, followed by a quart of camp fuel, and a match!

70 MPH with a non-double pumper holley and a dual plane...must be really good at hiding the 350 shot of nitrous.

The NOS is hidden in the exhaust plumbing, obviously. Clearly rigged by a Chevy guy.... Got confused by the distributor location!

Could be...most Chevy guys I know use Ford engines at the front of the boat...with about 10' of chain and 50' of rope attached to it LOL

Quick2500 09-11-2014 08:55 PM

He must have meant "with a proper tow rig it will hit 70 on the highway"

I would looove to see that boat fly by me at 70!!! His exhaust solution is also genius, anyone that can work an exhaust like that could work another 20mph out of a prop...

50mph forward....It only runs 70 in reverse, getting it on plane is a b!tch, though.

Maybe the prop work was to weld the missing blade back on, but im thinking if you're gutsy you could tow it at 70.....briefly, with no sudden stops!
