Hey, phughes69. Your Scarab was mine in the 80's. I did all the work on it transforming those turbo motors and getting that Scarab to run decent. When I sold that boat it came on plane like nothing. I also swapped the drives and tried different props tring to get the boat to lift the nose but the hull design with the hook in the chines just drives the front down. Was going to send the boat to Cleveland to get the bottom blueprinted and the hook removed but never did. Got more info for you if your interested on some of the history. I kept the boat at Emerald City Harbor when I owned it.

Never seen an AWESOME with that cabin door or dash, the latches and such in cabin are nothing like Cig uses, never seen a fridge in ANY Cig, I could be wrong but I dont think its a Awesome either.... deck isnt even the same

It does have slight cues of an awsome. The vent on the starboard bow. Small horizontal side decks. The only thing I don't like about it is that It looks like the back end of the boat is hanging over the bunks. BAD BAD BAD
