Apparantly, type of throttles sell the boat as there's 3 of 6 pictures showing the throttles.

never seen a KV with race hatches and a railing around them. I wonder if it originally had a sun pad?

CDShack, I think that is more than a starter boat. It takes more than a F150 to haul these things and most people just starting out in boating generally don't have a truck big enough to pull one around. It sounds like it has some good pieces (509, blowers, BMax drives).
