Help me w/ a .wav file

I gotta a .wav file that I think would be enjoyed by the board. Its not a boat but should get good reviews.
Is there anyone I can e-mail it to that can attach it to a link so all can see.

It has been scanned so I am as sure as I can be that its clean.
